Great Car and service

EMC had the car I was looking for, telephoned, then drove up from Birmingham and went for a test drive. No pressurised selling. Was offered a good price for my old car. Ampera was well presented and was offered with new MOT, spare key and service record to come. Paid deposit, collected few days later after its new MOT, it had 2 new front tyres (only advisory on MOT), service history and 2 spare keys were posted 2 days later. Enjoyable day out, great car and service.

A quality car and a quality service

When I first looked at the emc motors forecourt, I didn’t intend to stay because I was set on a Ford Fiesta and they didn’t have one. However, I got talking to the proprietor and he suggested a Ford B-max that he had. It was in immaculate condition with only 11k miles and I realised this is what I was actually looking for. Once I agreed to buy the car, he knocked £300 off the asking price, gave me a 6 month warranty and gave me £100 for my knackered old Ford KA that I wanted off my hands. That was in July 2019 and 8 months and 7k miles later the B-Max Is proving to have been a really good buy and I am delighted with it. So in summary, I’ve had a very good experience with emc motors.

Go above and beyond!

I will never be able to thank the team enough! Recently purchased a Skoda Yeti from themselves (which is stunning and amazing to drive) and they went the extra mile! Held the car for nearly 4 months for me (due to delays in finances on my side) after taking a small deposit. I cannot name or think of another dealer who would be willing to wait such a long time to complete a sale - every time we phoned or vice versa for updates they were so lovely and helpful right through to pick-up. I would 100% recommend anybody to buy a car from EMC - top cars, top team.

Could not be happier!!!

Two weeks ago I bought a beautiful red SLK from these guys. I went to view it and wasn’t expecting it to be as good as it was. It had just been MOT’d and was ready to go, so home it came with me that day. On driving home I noticed a couple of problems, one being the heating not working. Once home I rang them and immediately they accepted responsibility for making things right. Instead of having to drive back which was a reasonable distance, they allowed me to find an independent specialist (which neither of us knew) local to me to do the work. They even paid up front so that there would not be any delays in getting the work done. Given the cost of the repairs (close to £1,000) and the bargain price I paid for the car they asked for a token payment towards this which I felt was reasonable. The car is now 100% and I could not be happier. I would have no reservations in buying again from them or recommending them. Thanks for a great motor!

Best trader I've ever encountered. Totally honest and trustworthy. He passed mot of vehicle and even changed one Tyre that would just go on advisories without any extra charge.
He even delivered the car to me just next day with a very reasonable and fair fee!
